TRAVELING HAT BAR PARTIES

We stock a variety of hat sizes and colors ensure we have something for everyone. Choose a theme for your hats & patches (price varies), or we can bring a variety that's sure to have something for everyone. 

Our standard party package includes a 2-hr hat bar at your location (or our store), a hat + 3 patches for each attendee, a free hat for the host, with several add-on options if you'd like to customize your party!

Answers to common questions about our Hat Bars. We know that each event is different from the next. We're happy to work with you to meet your specific needs; feel free to reach out to us anytime.

Can you put patches & prints on anything other than hats?

Patches can be added to apparel, cross-body bags, backpacks, koozies, and more!  The list of  "patchable" items is vast so if there is something you're interested in for your event that we haven't mentioned, don't hesitate to ask us about it.

What locations does Carver Junk Company service?

We currently only offer printing within the Twin Cities Metro/Suburb area of Minnesota. We may be willing to travel for your event, and can quote pricing separately. Travel within 8 miles of 55318 is included in our packages, with $.50/mile beyond that.

What will Carver Junk Company bring to the event?

  • 1 member of our team for up to 15 people, additional staff for larger parties
  • Our professional hat press
  • Hats (chosen sizes & colors ahead of time)
  • A variety of patches from which your attendees can choose
  • All supplies for set up and tear down

What does Carver Junk Company need at the event venue?

  • One dedicated outlet for our hat press, and about 4' of space to setup press and staging area.
  • A table large enough to hold our patch trays, with room around for all guests to "design" their hats 
  • Lighting so we can see what we're doing 
  • A dry area if your event is outside and rain is in the forecast. We cannot press/print in the rain, and cannot refund payments for weather-related cancellations.
