MakeMN's fastest-selling workshop, the Holiday Marquee series, wrapped up last week! Two fun groups made JOY and NOEL holiday marquee lights, individually painted & decorated, while we all got into the holiday spirit.
Our Pinspiration {MakeMN is a high-end, Pinterest-inspired workshop series}:

Workshop participants painted their marquees in either red or gold, or left them white. They lined the faces of the letters with paper {or painted them} and assembled their lights!

As usual, we had a great group of swag bag sponsors. Each participant received sweet, artisan-made items in a take-home bag from their session. Swag for both sessions included these handmade items:

Mason Jar Candles from Woodfire Candle Co:

I really like these little marquee workshops. My girlfriend did this for her company sign. It works out perfectly because she does a lot of crafts and DIY things with people for her job. I think it would be interesting to see these signs up everywhere than the marquee that we have now.
