Exchange an Item {Milk Paint & Paint Products Only}:

Milk Paint & Paint Products purchased on CarverJunkCompany.com can be exchanged at the store only. Carver Junk Company does not currently offer exchanges through the return mail process. You may, however, request to return & receive a refund of the unwanted items through the return, refund, and shipping processes below; then purchase your remaining required items through the CarverJunkCompany.com website.

Returns {Milk Paint, Paint Products, Damaged, or Incorrect Items Only}

You have 5 calendar days from date of receipt to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Only Paint, Paint Products, Damaged or Incorrect Items are eligible for returns or refunds. Handmade items, custom orders, paint workshops, and other products are Final Sale, due to the consignment nature of the products.

Returns may be done in-store or via mail. Please contact us to approve and schedule your return.

Items received in a damaged state should be photographed, and reported to us within 3 calendar days from receipt of item. Refund or return approval for damaged items is required prior to return shipping to Carver Junk Company, LLC. Damaged items returned without prior approval may not be eligible for a refund.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

 

Shipping

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to items during return shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
